테이크랜드 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 모맨틱(대표 김회건)(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 모바일 게임 「테이크랜드」와 관련 서비스(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

① 이용자가 게임을 설치하고 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 게임 첫 화면 또는 설정에서 약관을 볼 수 있습니다.
② 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 게임 안에 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 앱을 지울 수 있습니다.

제3조 (이용 자격)

게임은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 미성년자가 유료 상품을 사려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요하며, 법정대리인의 동의 없이 한 결제는 관련 법령에 따라 취소할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용 허락)

회사는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 양도할 수 없는 권리를 줍니다. 게임과 그 안의 그림·음악·문구·프로그램의 저작권 등 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

제5조 (게임 안 재화와 유료 상품)

① 게임 안 재화(금화·보석·건설권·전투 부적 등)와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있는 이용권이며, 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 팔 수 없습니다.
② 유료 상품: 광고 제거, 시즌 패스(프리미엄, 시즌 기간 동안), [보석 묶음·스타터 팩 등 출시 때 상품]. 가격·내용·기간은 구매 화면에 표시합니다.
③ 시즌 패스는 표시된 시즌 기간에만 보상을 받을 수 있고, 시즌이 끝나면 받지 않은 보상은 사라질 수 있습니다(구매 화면에 표시).
④ [구독 상품을 넣는 경우: 자동 갱신, 해지 방법(구글 플레이 정기 결제 메뉴), 갱신 전 고지]
⑤ 게임은 결제 없이 모든 판을 깰 수 있도록 만들어졌습니다.

제6조 (청약철회와 환불)

① 결제는 구글 플레이(또는 애플 앱스토어)를 통해 이루어지며, 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.
② 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라, 구매 후 7일 안에 사용하지 않은 유료 상품은 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다. 다만 구매 즉시 사용되거나 효과가 바로 나타나는 상품(예: 광고 제거, 받은 시즌 패스 보상, 사용한 보석), 그리고 일부를 사용한 묶음 상품은 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 구매 화면에 미리 표시합니다.
③ 상품에 결함이 있거나 표시·광고와 다른 경우 구매일부터 3개월 안에(그 사실을 안 날부터 30일 안에) 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다.
④ 미성년자 결제 취소는 제3조를 따릅니다. 문의: [email protected].

제7조 (광고)

게임에는 광고가 나옵니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 보며, 보상은 광고 버튼에 표시된 대로 줍니다. 광고 내용에 대한 책임은 광고주에게 있습니다. 광고 제거 상품은 전면 광고를 없애며, 이용자가 원해서 보는 보상형 광고는 그대로 남습니다.

제8조 (금지 행위)

이용자는 다음을 해서는 안 됩니다: ① 게임 프로그램의 변조·해킹·역설계 ② 비정상적인 방법(매크로·변조 앱 등)으로 재화·상품을 얻는 것 ③ 결제 시스템 악용, 부정 환불 ④ 회사·제3자의 권리 침해 ⑤ 법령 위반. 위반 시 회사는 해당 재화 회수, 이용 제한을 할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (서비스의 변경·중단·종료)

① 회사는 게임 내용(판·밸런스·이벤트 등)을 개선하기 위해 바꿀 수 있습니다.
② 게임 서비스를 종료하려면 종료일 30일 전까지 게임 안에 알립니다. 종료 시점에 남아 있는 유료 재화·이용 기간이 남은 상품은 관련 법령과 [모바일게임 표준약관] 에 따라 처리합니다.
③ 게임 진행 기록은 기본적으로 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 삭제·기기 변경으로 생긴 기록 손실은 클라우드 저장을 쓰지 않은 경우 회사가 복구하기 어렵습니다. 구매한 상품은 같은 스토어 계정으로 복원할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 기기·통신 문제, 스토어·광고 회사 등 제3자의 장애처럼 회사에 고의나 과실이 없는 손해에는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령상 소비자의 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.

제11조 (개인정보)

개인정보는 「테이크랜드 개인정보처리방침」([PRIVACY_POLICY_URL])에 따라 처리합니다.

제12조 (분쟁 해결과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 [email protected] 로 협의하며, 소송은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원으로 합니다. 이용자는 한국콘텐츠진흥원 콘텐츠분쟁조정위원회에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

Takeland Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and MOMANTIC (sole proprietorship, owner Kim Hoegeon) ("we", "us"), 417–420, 15 Haeyang 3-ro, Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do 15596, Republic of Korea, for the mobile game Takeland and related services (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the Game and to make purchases.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game (art, music, text, software) belong to us or our licensors.

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Where local law gives you a right to withdraw or cancel (for example EU/UK consumer law or Korean e-commerce law), that right applies. EEA/UK users: by buying digital content that is delivered immediately (such as Remove Ads or Gems), you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Questions: [email protected].

5. Ads

The Game shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional; the reward is the one shown on the button. Remove Ads turns off interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads stay available. Advertisers are responsible for their ads.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, hack, modify, reverse-engineer or automate the Game, exploit bugs or payment systems, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove items obtained this way and suspend access.

7. Changes and end of service

We may update the Game (stages, balance, events) to improve it. If we shut down the Game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game and handle any remaining paid items as required by applicable law. Game progress is stored on your device; purchases can be restored with the same store account.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as device, network or third-party store/ad outages). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Our Privacy Policy ([PRIVACY_POLICY_URL]) explains how we handle personal data.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer living in the EEA, UK or another country whose mandatory consumer laws give you more protection, those laws and your local courts remain available to you. 11. Changes to these Terms

We will post changes in the Game at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are less favourable to you).
